General Terms.

1. When commissioning me, please do so in a polite and nice manner. If you show disrespectful behavior, your commission will be cancelled.
2. Follow the rules provided in my TOS, if you fail to do so i will decline your order.
3. For commercial purpose the price will be double from the price on this site.
4. Vtuber-related works are commercial use.
5. I reserve the right to raise the price if your character has a highly complex design or you request a very detailed illustration.
6. Do not save the images from this site.
7. Please keep in mind that my art is continuously changing and improving, therefore there will be occasional minor adjustments to my work.
8. By commissioning me, you instantly agree to my Terms of Service and are expected and required to follow it.

Ordering.

Order Process
1. Request and discuss about the commission via my Discord / facebook / Twitter to be added to waitlist.
2. After confirmation, the queue will be updated within 48 hours in the work queue.
3. Sketch (+revisions).
4. I send the invoice + you pay the invoice.
5. After payment, I'll start on the line art and dm it to you.
6. After the line art is confirmed by you, I'll continue with the piece and you will receive the files via the platform you prefer.

Payment.

Currency
I only accept payment through: Arbum (for foreingners see more here) / Thailand bankings.Method of Payment
You must pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% after the work is done (or full payment if you preferred).Refund Policy
I won’t accept refunds or major changes to the order once the sketch is finished and approved.Additional Fees
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

Usage Policy.

As the artist, i’m allowed to:
• Promote myself with the artwork on my socials (with a watermark).
• Livestream drawings at Twitch/Youtube (if you feel uncomfortable, please let me know).As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
• Use the artwork on other websites (with credit or not).You are NOT allowed to:
• Edit the artwork without my permission.
• Use the art for NFT or AI
• Claim that you drew the artwork yourself.

Personal use ➜ base price + additional if ever complicated / detailed
Commercial: Streaming / Content use ➜ 2x the price
Commercial: Merchandise / Print ➜ 2x or 3x the price or depends (can discuss first).
The USD rate is based on the Arbum website.
